Attic Self Storage certified a UK Great Place To Work for the third year running, adds Best Workplace for Women recognition

Attic Self Storage, Rafter Group’s London business, has been certified as a UK Great Place To Work for the third consecutive year. In 2026, Attic also earned a place on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list, a first for the business.

Both certifications are built entirely on employee feedback, collected through an independent survey run by Great Place To Work UK. The result reflects three years of consistent scores from Attic’s own team, not a single strong year.

Attic operates across some of London’s densest neighbourhoods, where self-storage is often a small, local team running a demanding, customer-facing operation. A workplace where that team feels supported, valued, and given room to grow shows up directly in how customers experience the stores.
